I was very nervous today attempting this run as I've been away for 10 days but managed ok. I felt a little more tied than before my holiday and the legs felt heavy ( no surprise there, they are) but I survived. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of it. ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ

Certainly am, when I read so many other posts about moving forward to the next week and the next week I really do want to be one of these people so I am going to keep at it. I want a piece of this magic (that's what it feels like to me) when I read the posts of people on week 4 or 6. I am in ore of their success already especially when they didn't ever imagine being able to do that, (I want some of that) so my plan is to push on slowly. Will keep you all posted. Thank you for the support and inspiration.
That's exactly how I feel - there is something almost magical about it, isn't there? It's that "I want to be part of that and have it in my life" feeling that drives me on when the runs are really tough, and helps beat down any negativity. Let's do this!
Well done for keeping at it, if you're still tired maybe take an extra rest day before taking on W3?
W3 is a nice foundation week for the longer intervals, so hope you enjoy it
