Just seen this in the Aldi Specialbuys! It made me laugh out loud! Well, much as I love my running, I won't be buying one of these!
(No disrespect to anyone who has one- it's a great idea, just really not for me! π )

I got one and found it a great help. Like a fighter jet I only deploy mine to slow me down as I cross the finish line.π
Gotta love Aldi Specials, since you wouldn't find them in Sainsbury's or Asda. They're also cheaper and kinder upon the body than attaching a harness and pulling a weighted sled.
They really were all the 'rage' back in the early noughties, so it's good to witness their return.
My son when younger was using something like this at an ice hockey power skating class and it got all tangled up with a young lad learning to skate. The little one was lifted into the air but luckily unharmed. I'm pretty sure it was the last time the instructor used one in that rink.
They are pretty cool though.
Yes, because the thing I am really in need of is something to make me run even slower - not!
At least I would cheer everyone up in the local area
Ha ha, I've seen something similar for swimming, a pair of massive pants that fill with water and add drag! Very glamourous! My running jacket has the same effect on windy days...
