Did W4 R1 as planned this morning, once or twice on the last 5 minute run part of my head was saying 'I'm going to have to stop', so I ignored it and carried on, completing ALL jogging sections AND walking up a 5-8 degree incline in all walking sessions, according to the treadmill 483 calories burned, enough there for a chunky chocolate bar, only kidding, time for a quick light breakfast before I have to leave for the office.
W4R2 planned for Saturday morning, can't wait.
I'm going to start a few light body weight exercises on non-run days, mind you, given my weight it'll be more like Olympic standards
