Should I do W6/R3 if I've not run for a week?

Hi all 😊

Just a quick question !

As I haven't run since last Thursday due to lots of unforeseen circumstances, should I still tackle the 25 minute run tomorrow? Or would I be better repeating the whole week seeing as it's a week since I last did run 2...??

Cheers guys πŸ‘πŸ»πŸƒπŸ˜Š

I had a week off in the middle of week 9 (due to non-running injury) and I was fine. I would just keep going.

Go for it! You should be fine. If not just repeat the previous run.

Hello! I've just had 2 weeks off running. Not only that, I was in Orlando so consuming lots of junk food. Have they not heard of fruit and veg over there?!

I completed week 6 run 3 before I went. I'm going to repeat all three runs of week 6 before venturing into week 7 as not sure I can face 25 mins straight off with my increased girth. Dreading getting on the scales as I suspect I may have put on a few pounds...

Maybe you should repeat run 2 to get your confidence back?

I was thinking the same thing. I found R2 quite a struggle to be honest (2 x 10 mins). These holidays really mess with the schedule!!! πŸ˜…πŸ˜† xx

I'm sitting on the sofa (couch!) with jet lag, looking down at my big belly. Son (running partner) curled up next to me. MUST go running tomorrow!
