I have done week 4 twice as I haven't been able to run as much as I would have liked - feeling comfortable with it now and ready for wk5! I wanted to see how far people are running? I am doing 4k on the wk4 run - is this about right?!? have no idea....

This plan is about duration not speed or distance. Some will be running further than you, others less. It is irrelevant. Keep pushing yourself at a comfortable level and you will maximize your own ability.
