Me too!! Finished W3R2 today too and found that I really enjoyed it!! Didn't think I'd be saying that about running when I started this 3 weeks ago!!
Shall be doing my W3R2 later 😀... well done you two keep going.
Well done you are getting stronger and recovering quicker. Great progress!
I am off out early tomorrow morning to tackle W3R3- it's great to feel like we are all progressing along together!

Talking is good, gasping was my standard for I think 4 weeks. Brilliantly done, you're doing fine.
