I have just come back from my favourite place to run..... my mums in Hayle!!

The routes I do take me along the harbour, through a coastal footpath and along a huge beach... it's truly amazing and I love the variety ( I get bored very easily).

I'll be 47 in 2 weeks time but I feel like a 27 year old and that is due to finding my passion in life- which is running ( obvs)!!!

The pic is me and gymnastics girl ( my sister who is 21).. we ran together for 6 miles, walked a bit, laughed a lot, she did loads of back flips and I plodded along taking it all in.... it was perfect.
