Can anyone point me in the direction of the bridge to 10k podcasts if there are any, need to up my training for next year, graduated the c25k and been running the 30 minutes for a few weeks now but loosing motivation due to no structured runs, i am enrolled in the park run so i am hoping to get a few of those under my belt as well but as i am doing a charity half in chester next year i need to start upping my distance and would like a structured way of doing this.

Igf anyone has a better way of doing this please let me know, thanks, the womble jogger
