I have been having minor nigglying pain with my knee for some time but since starting C25k found it OK to run on. Then it began to hurt again to a point where I had to stop. I was on R2W4. It feels OK again so what to try to pick up the running again. Which part of the programme should I start on. Feeling frustrated as was feeling very motivated before my knee stoppedeep play. Any advice?

Depends how long you were off for. Normally I think if you've had a break of a couple of weeks or so pick up where you left off and give that run a go. See how far you get and that tells you how far back you need to go. If the break was for knee problems I'd be extra careful and not push it. If the pain comes back see a physio.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to try a run tomorrow and see how it feels...but yes I was thinking might seek physio advice. First time I've posted on here, although I love reading the other posts. Great to feel you're part of a community. It's really supported me to not give up. Thanks again.
