I'm actually looking forward to my 2nd run. I used to run a lot but a painful divorce followed by completing a degree & post grad diploma whilst working full time got in the way consequently lm fat, happy but so unfit..😞

Week 1 run 2 day
After finally making the decision to get up off my couch and start this programme, I am now on WK3 Run 2 and I am loving every minute!! Stick with it as it does get easier, although I'm not sure I'll be saying this come WK's 7, 8 or 9!! Keep on running 🏃🏼🤗
You won't be unfit much longer. Enjoy the second run.
Fitness comes along with the running, so you've started your journey to fitness already. Have a great run and keep posting so we see you getting fitter and even happier than you are today. Good luck on your 2nd run, if you used to run a lot then you know how good it can make you feel, so keeping fingers crossed that all your runs make you happy.
