Up at my usual 0500, ready and at it during the coolest part of today Sunrise 0606. Very happy with myself, a big jump in the air arms wide at completion of the running of 20 minutes.

Steady through the first 10 minutes relieved and surprised to hear Michael announce it was half way, adjusted my pace ever so slightly for the third 5 mins and back up for the fourth.

Actually adjusting pace takes more effort as does going up a kerb so usually I avoid both.

Really pleased to have got to W6 but I know there are challenges ahead. For me has so far been a journey of discovering 'I CAN DO' and honestly a real confidence booster. Still no beer at all since the 22/07 and for a 5/6 pints a night guy that has been a sacrifice. One which I needed to make. Life is about more than that though!

Onwards and upwards!

Well done, on achieving the run!

I am assuming your kidney pain has completely gone now...? You had a few of us quite worried:)
