Week 4 Run 3

Well I did it 🏃 .. Week 4 complete - it's 24• outside, the hotest weather I've run in yet so tried to keep to shadier parts of the fields and leafy lanes but the sunshine is lovely ....not sure the wine beer and pizza enjoyed out last night was helpful to me but its not a regular indulgence!

Pushed though a minor stitch in last 5 minutes using breathing techniques as Jo (app mentor) suggested so will drink more water beforehand next time .

Week 5 beckons!

Well done, I think you're allowed to call pizza carb loading. That's a runner's term..., and guess what you're a bonafide runner. Happy running in W5!
