I now see what people meant about this run. It was much harder than I thought it would be. But I did it. I had to extend my route again so I'm now going much further. Going away now for a few days but I shall take my running gear with me. I don't want to miss my date with wk6 r2 on Tuesday 😝

Well done, that run was my undoing, so it's always great to see when its done nice and tidily.
Good work. That week6 R1 is sneaky. You think it will be ok becasue you've run 20 minutes non stop last run, but somehow it doesn't work out like that.
