So I went to Cornwall on holiday and on day 4 decided to run off the cream tea! Set off to complete w8r3 but the coastline was so pretty and the sun was so warming that I wanted to continue on and enjoy it for longer and ended up running for 5k! Wahey! It took me 44 mins as was lots of gates to open and pictures to slow down and take but was so chuffed to have done it! Never thought I'd ever be able to run for 44 mins! Thanks Michael Johnson πŸ˜†πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

Thanks everyone. My husband has been trying to get me into running for twenty years and failed but Michael has done it no problem! πŸ˜‚

My husband is still the better runner though... doing 6.5 miles in 40 minutes that same day! Still... I'm out there and have trainers on even if I'm almost going backwards on every hill! Ha!
