Rest day...then go again

No run is a wasted run! These things happen - strangely I was finding running difficult last night because my calves were tight - just put it down as one of those things and don't let it get to you. The amount of time you spend running really starts to mount up at this stage in the programme and it does affect our bodies. For me, at least, it became even more important to stretch properly at the end of the run and, if my body needed it, I would take an extra rest day. I know it's annoying because you want to graduate and complete the programme but an extra rest day may be what prevents you from getting an injury. You'll be fine - next run will most likely be a great one!
