I started out this morning at 6am thinking I would never run for 20mins, however I did it! I say run but I do feel at times its a very slow jog. It takes me 39minutes to do my 5K route and that's with 20min running (I walk the rest of the way). Hoping to improve speed and time over the next 3 weeks.

Well done I remember dreading this run but it's amazing just how much you can do when your following the plan and your determined . Be proud of yourself , week 6 here you come.

As Irish-John says, a run is a run is a run... and btw in my view that's not bad timing and distance...
