I completed week 5 on Sunday with the 20 minute run. Felt amazing. My legs are still aching though.. I've just worked 2 night shifts (I'm a theatre scrub nurse) but have an overwhelming urge to go for a run. Do I listen to my aching legs and try and rest (I've slept for 3 hours) ready for my night shift tonight or do I go for this run right now? What would you do?

Slow, steady... a gentle route.. it could relax your legs a bit... just go with it. If it feels too troublesome.. just a walk home
Full of admiration for you... great job, great work and running too X
There's nothing better than going for it when you feel like it, but go easy as you've worked hard already night shifts wow, full of admiration for that effort in a pressured environment. You know what real pressure is so try it with your 'enjoy' hat on, and if it becomes an 'endure' hat, then slow down, chillax and try another time, if your legs won't carry you. Serious kudos for even thinking of it...👍
