Did this today (Thursday). Like some have said, I found 10x2 tougher than 20 mins.
Anyway, it was completed and I felt great after and less aches and pains than normal.

Well done! I am planning W6 R2 today as working from home but already thinking of excuses (I think weather forecast is rain). Hope you are still ache free this morning.
Hi Suelyn.
Thanks for comments. Yes, limbs still feel ok even on the day after!
Challenge I have is trying to find a relatively flat r3 in the Scottish Highlands where I am visiting for a few days. I can't attempt r3 and run uphill at the same time

Depends where you are going but the B roads can be quite flat in places and will be relatively quiet (I'm a Glasgow girl!).
Hi Suelyn. Thanks for the tip.
I asked my hosts the same question and they recommended a trail near the Viaduct in Glenfinnan.
Long story short... I did my r3 this morning. It went better than expected. Ran for 27mins! I'll say more on another thread.
Thanks for your support.

I did W6R2 today, found the first 10 minutes tough, could have stopped after five but plodded on. Feel such a sense of achievement, never thought I would get this far but am beginning to feel as though I might just make it to the end of the programme!
