It's week 9 for me next week so I'm done. Any recommendations for a 5k to 10k app? Thanks in advance.

If you post this on the Bridge to 10k forum, someone will point you in the right direction.

I looked at plans but didn't like the idea of being tied to a structure, so went my own way, increasing one run per week by a maximum 10% of the weekly total distance. This can get you up to 10k in just a few weeks.

It is probably best to consolidate at 30mins/5k for a few weeks after graduation, before stretching your distance. Likewise, when you hit 10k.

Good luck with graduation week.

Listen to IannodaTruffe ... some consolidation is essential then a few runs just because you can.. building up strength and stamina! Lots of programmes to choose from when you feel ready...But first.. head for that podium... slow and steady as you go!
