Good day actually looked at the scenery while running. Very happy I ran for 3 mins was nervous about it. All in all a good run.

Looking at the scenery is way better than looking at the clock, which so many do. Running will enable you to experience landscapes in ways that have not been open to you before. For me, that is the best part of running.
Keep running, keep smiling.

Not sure if this is just in my mind but I find looking at the scenery isn't just great for the mind, but it sorts out my posture a bit. Sometimes I'm flagging and hunched and slumping a bit, but then I look up, straighten up my upper back and pull my shoulders back to their proper place and I find not only can I enjoy the view, but I feel much better about this whole moving forward business!
Scenery is good for the soul and it does help you not clock watch, except if you were like me when practically every blade of grass counted in Week 1!
And don't be nervous, running is as much in the head as the legs... good luck next time out

Thanks everyone really looking forward to the nxt run
