Boom!! Early morning solid run!! Yes it hurt a bit but the previous weeks have meant i was ready. As the minutes ticked by I expected to have to take a break but i just kept running. Slow and steady..

Was i plum coloured and sweaty? Of course i was!!(but smiling at the same time)

The sense of achievement is soothing at the end for sure. Looking forward to slowly moving through the last few runs and getting involved in the parkruns in just a few weeks. Thanks again to everyone on here. I feel as though you have got me here, changed my mindset and instilled a new habit that i am absolutely enjoying.

Happy running all!

Well done. Plum coloured and sweaty is a popular look around here 🙂

Totally am... although i have managed to skip a rainy run day so far!!! Looks like that is about to change tho. (Still at least it will hide the sweat pouring off me). Oh Joy

Have run a couple of times in the rain so far and it's not so bad, once your wet your wet and to be honest I think it's preferable to running in heat

stop and walk 3 times during run. It's a shame as I felt so good in first few weeks.

Wow! Can't believe I did it!!

have thought a few weeks ago I couldn't run for a bus, and here I am having just run for 20minutes!!

I've done it, week 9 run 3 completed!

I'd get here, I just took it one week at a time, sometimes one run at a time. Very warm early run...
