Completed day 2 feeling good about it however cannot envision running for 30 mins. On my cool down on the way home watched this woman also with a red face running past she kept going and going and I thought I really want to run like that. She gave me a little smile on the way back as my own face was beetroot. I think I will keep going this time.

Luckily in W2 you don't have to worry about running 30 minutes. Just worry about running 90 seconds.

As Rig says... focus on now...not next... each run makes us stronger.. take it slow and steady!

Just enjoy it and believe in yourself.

Beetroot a great colour totally underrated in my opinion. Keep going and you will work your way through 50 shades of red....

Ha none of us can envisage running for 30 minutes, but somehow, slowly and steadily we will get there. You're on your way.

Thank you I will do it this time. I am making mental note to go slower. :)

Don't think about 30 mins cos it'll drive you mad!! Running is mostly mental and my advice would be to mentally prepare for each run. Think about what you're gonna run - 90 secs or whatever it is, then say to yourself the day before "I'm gonna run 90 secs". Know that you will do it. And then you'll complete each week slowly but surely. Don't go fast. Plod. But say to yourself each week "today I'm gonna run "x" secs /mins" - and you'll do it. Just tell your mind and it'll take care of you.

Just take it one run at a time, one step at a time. That's it. Focus on the run you are currently on. Don't even worry about the next week. Slow and steady!
