Hey everyone

Well......πŸ™„after my little mishap with missing Run 2 and 3 of wk 5 last week and engaging in Wk 6 : R 1 instead, haha........I went out last night or rather, yesterday evening and continued with wk 5 : R 2. Yay, yay.....😎

Struggled at first which surprised me, but I haven't been going to sleep very early over weekend and found it hard just to walk around yesterday, lol and had the start of a niggling migraine. But I started off and soon picked up my feet and did run 2. So, all being well with time etc, I'll do the 3rd run on Wednesday.

What a silly billy to miss these last 2 runs though. I was convinced I was due to start wk 6, haha πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Good luck folks with your next run session πŸ‘ and thanks again for all the encouragement 😘

Pic is in my back garden taken from my son's phone, as my selife isn't working on mine. I'm due for an upgrade soon though, thankfully, as it's so valuable when on a night out with my friends πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

QB glad you went backwards as it were, because it will help you to go forward. You still look surprisingly good and happy for a lady with a migraine! evidently you just have happy smiley face genes. Brilliantly done and Week 6 is just around the corner, so you can smile even more.

Well, W6 R1 is generally the nasty brute that catches every one out, so now you have that under your belt you can go back and mop up those other runs safe in the knowledge you have conquered the brute.

Thank you both for your comments, much appreciated.😊

Headache kicked in a little during the evening, but thankfully it didn't get any worse.

I must say that I am enjoying this running, never thought I'd say that πŸ€—
