I started c25k yesterday. Took the dog out with me for company.
Cant believe how hard it was but i did it all. Although red faced and sweatty at the end of it. I had the biggest grin on my face. My do my legs ache this morning. Round 2 tomorrow.
I havent done any running since school. I did attend the gym at least 4 times a week until early this year due to financial problems. I cant afford it. Tried to going out jogging(its free) but hated it, thought it was beyond me.
Hopefully with c25k it will show me how its done. Hoping i can stick with this until the end
