I started c25k yesterday. Took the dog out with me for company.

Cant believe how hard it was but i did it all. Although red faced and sweatty at the end of it. I had the biggest grin on my face. My do my legs ache this morning. Round 2 tomorrow.

I havent done any running since school. I did attend the gym at least 4 times a week until early this year due to financial problems. I cant afford it. Tried to going out jogging(its free) but hated it, thought it was beyond me.

Hopefully with c25k it will show me how its done. Hoping i can stick with this until the end

Well done.

C25K will give you structure, rewards of smugness and identifiable progress in a very short time. This forum is the secret ingredient for success. We will advise, support, commiserate or give a boot up the proverbial..............whatever you need.

Enjoy the journey.

Lou brilliantly done. Follow the plan it gives you the structure and incentive to keep going. Grins are good, red faces are a sign of achievement and all your posts here are welcomed by us all. You kicked the couch into touch, well done you

Aww well done Louisa. I felt the same after run 1. I couldn't breathe fir half an hour without wheezing πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I'm on wk 6 and can't believe I've got this far and hopefully you will be saying the same. If you start to enjoy it, keep it up 😊
