I've completed it this morning ,I enjoyed it but it was tough . Also can I thank whoever recommended garmin 230 or 235 over the vivo active I took your advice . I opted for the 230 has I have chest strap from previous 110 . I love it ! Happy running

No I wouldn't say easier ,Also I'm three years older but because I've done the programme twice I think we'll I've done it I can do it again .
