No big news. Still plugging away at my 5ks. Had a unrelated health issue come up earlier this week but it seems to be manageable. Was a very busy/stressful week for work projects, but things are easing off just a little and I can enjoy some time with the family today. Glad I have the runs to help cope with the day to day minor stresses.
