I know... I still think of that sometimes if I am doing a timed run... the only difference now, is I can finish in style Good old Laura!

I was like that with Jo a couple of days ago, I just wanted to give that look that says it all 👀,

but today I could see my start/finish line ahead & went for the sprint finish & I managed it!!!! Not sure I'll ever do it again 😬😬

It doesn't matter which coach, they all manage to p... you off at least once. I swore very loudly at Mr Smooth today. I hope they have broad shoulders and ear muffs....

I think it is a bit like the finish line in a Parkrun or 5K/10K, all eyes are on you so you suck the tummy in and get a little bit extra momentum from somewhere and sprint over that line!
