Didn't think l would be able to manage the extra 2 minutes but l did it ! The distance was only 4.50 km so not at the 5 km mark yet but only two more runs til graduation and l know l can do it now. :)

Forget 5K... you are doing fine.. 30 minute runs are all that are needed.. safely and comfortably.. you are nearly there. Enjoy the rest of the journey!
