Loving the tunes!

When I got my TomTom watch, I downloaded Now That's What I Call Running 2017 on to it and I am LOVING it! It's a good job I run through quiet fields when I take the dog with me, I'm sure I was quite a site waving my arms along with 'Boom Shake the Room' and singing at the top of my voice as I ran. This was swiftly followed by Eye of The Tiger and then, on my return through the fields, my all time fave, Don't Stop Believing. It was just so liberating! I felt just like a child again, running along, shaking my 'thing' and hollering at the top of my voice. Something I'd never have done if I hadn't taken the Couch to 5k journey. I feel amazing but I think I'll use my inner voice at Parkrun tomorrow 😆

I think sometimes it better if people think I'm a crazy person when I'm red faced and murdering a song. Means they tend to ignore me. However my choice of music is rock so it's an even weirder sight to behold. Worse today as I forgot my earbuds.

Nearly forgot myself on the Parkrun this morning when Jump Around came on. My arms were halfway up in the air when I remembered I was surrounded by people 😆
