Go for it Mummycav you can do this. You've already run 8 minutes so you can do 5. Just get that gremlin out from your head, don't keep the screen open (no clock watching), don't worry about being seen (anyone who notices you will be either a fellow runner or a frustrated wanna be runner who hasn't kicked the couch) and take it slow and steady.

Good luck!

Come on Mummycav you can do it! Just remember - everyone else is in their own little bubble and won't pay any attention to you. As the mantra goes - slow and steady.

Hope it went well. Best approach is to do just what you are told. Don't think just do. In our busy lives we plan ahead too much.

Am sure you've been fine and knocked all the gremlins in the head, slow and steady, don't worry about anyone else glide along.

Though you may be worried about what you look like the truth is folk will be looking at you and thinking I wish I could do that, I'm suddenly noticing all sorts of running styles and thinking "go you"
