Well, first week over. Second run seemed a bit easier than first - perhaps because I took the advice from here to slow it down a bit. I had a problem with the podcast on runs 2 and 3. It turned itself off after a few minutes. Doh. I switched to using my Fitbit until the podcast came back on but it made for an ungainly run. I haven't looked ahead to week 2 so no idea what's in store....
I'm trying to do the NHS Strength and Flexibility programme on my rest days.
I feel shattered. I can't believe that I'll ever run for minutes at a time but I'm going to try and keep it up.

Well done on doing week 1. As Oldfloss says, keep going slow and steady and you'll get there. She's got me to Week 8! You will run for minutes at a time and in a couple of weeks you will giggle at the thought of being tired on 60 seconds. Honestly you will.
Thanks, Jancanrun. Slowing it down must have helped yesterday as I'm not really aching today (touch wood). I did a bit more than the podcast routine because of problems with the podcast. Week 8.... you're almost a veteran!
