Week 7 and back on it

Catherinel14secondtimearound profile image

Well after a 3 week gap I'm back running and will do W7R3 tomorrow- I've not gone back to week 5 as that would be no progress and I need to push myself - I will keep doing the 25 min runs until I master it! At least I'm in the sunshine ☀️🏃🏼‍♀️☀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Good to hear that 😊

I've had Achilles trouble and haven't run for 3weeks ,you've encouraged me to get back .... once I'm pain free 😜
