Just completed W2. Felt great before it so I thought I would explore the park a bit. Followed a new trail lots of ups and downs my calves were burning but was able to keep going. Will start W3 on either Sunday or Monday. Thinking of doing my runs on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Starting my teacher training in September so my evening will be very busy.

Anyway, I am really loving couch to 5k :)

Good start and it sounds like you have a plan! Keep us posted.

Glad to see you're loving it. Keep running and then September won't be too much of a problem, because it'll be a habit. And if you're loving it now then you'll still love it then.

Not what you're looking for?
