Woo! That wasn’t so hard until I turned back at halfway and realised I had had a strong tailwind which was now trying to stop me running!

Great buzz again. No real dramas. W3 starts Sunday and I am dreading 3 minute runs.

Delight not dread.. anticipation not apprehension.. each run follows the next, slow, steady and structured:) Just take it gently and you will be fine:)

Well done Jay. I too finished W2 last night and said exactly the same to my husband when I turned half way through, blimmin gale force wind lol. W3 starts on Sunday for me too so we'll need to check in after the run. 3 mins sound a long time but staying positive.

Yep. Staying positive. But a bit terrified. I know I am stubborn enough to do it. Good luck with your run - let me know how it goes.

Well done! W2r2 done after putting it off all day. I found it hard as was on my todd! I think the same...How on earth will I manage to run for 3 min as 90 secs was tough.

We’ll do it. It might not be easy but stubbornness will get us through. Why let a few extra seconds beat us, eh?

Don’t dread, there’s really no point in doing that I promise you. Week 3 is another little set of stretching runs, and this was when I started feeling I’d made big strides (although I take tiny paces!)

Good luck for Sunday - will be with you spiritually - happy running

I found week 2 harder than week 3 ! Week 3 was okay for me, I am on week 4 and finding this hard, I have just adjusted the speed on the tread mill. I wonder why some runs are harder than others. Keep going Jay ! You’ll be fine x

How did you find it ? Was W2 harder or no ?

I think each week is harder than the one before. The big barrier is your brain telling you you can’t do this. But you can.
