Well repeated run 3 again on my own (hubby recovering from poorly arm) and I did it. I loved it and 1st time running in the rain. Sooo next one x2 10 min runs.

Great stuff. I found weeks 5 and 6 particuarly hard but sounds like you've got this sorted now. :)

Well done you Week 6 is an interesting one. It messed with my head that's for sure. But onwards and upwards. Graduation badge is quivering with anticipation
