4 is a time that should only exist in the afternoon, levvy this is an incredible commitment you're making... wow am dead impressed. If you're this committed, you'll graduate no problems...

If you're going to be getting up at 4 to run, make sure you are getting to bed before 8. Adequate recovery and sleep is as important as good diet and consistent exercise when getting fit/losing weight. Skimp on any one of those and the whole thing doesn't work
