I have spent the last week following the Stepping Stones podcast, which really does help you improve speed, but has anyone else felt somewhat confused about the steps?
I understand that during the podcast, you are supposed to gradually build up speed until you hit 160 beats per minutes. What has confused me is the whilst the beat of each music track gradually increases, the beats per minute actually stay the same.
I don't know if I'm imagining that or if I'm doing something wrong.
It is a good podcast though as I'm running quicker and covering more ground, which is a step in the right direction.
