Let loose !!!

It was my first run after completing c25k. Set off feeling like a child who had their stabilisers on their bike taken off for the first time, didn't quite know what to do. But with strava and my 70's music I managed . Not at 5k in 30 minutes, managed 4k in 31, so will keep plodding on enjoying the freedom and fresh air.

Yeay.. flying solo....:)

Now, maybe, take some runs, just for fun....because you can... then, very importantly, some consolidation runs of 30 mins...then maybe a few different routes and different distance,,, a short run, a longer see where you get to, run...:)

There is a lot of ways to move forward after these first consolidation weeks:)
