Will definitely graduate to wk 5 this week tho it's a bit daunting. So positive about this despite being stuck on week 4 loop because of bugs & work (+ some feebleness) etc meaning I kept leaving too many gaps between runs
Onwards & upwards!

I've just started week 6. Week 5 is a daunting one but you've come this far. The programme is designed really well, trust it and yourself. You can do it!
Feeling a bit like you - please do post about how you get on; need every scrap of encouragement!!
YOU CAN DO IT! You too CarolineLou71 ! I repeated a number of weeks and it took me much longer than 9 weeks to finish the programme - but so what?!!! It doesn't matter - you take things at your own pace and you will get there. I promise.
Thanks- I like the one step at a time approach, so it's not so overwhelming. Have a great running week ☺
Gaps sometimes are a great thing, I wish I could remember who it was who posted an answer recently and they said every run made builds up your stamina and your kms, so when you do graduate you have more in the tank for your future running. No run is wasted.
And RebeccaSK is absolutely the mistress of this mantra. Take your time because doing this quickly is no indicator of future success whatsoever. and this lady is going to do a triathlon - so MrsBOL when Rebecca makes you the promise, you can be absolutely sure she means it!
