Woo-hoo! Not sure how I'll get on stepping up to 90secs at a time but there's only one way to find out, on Monday. But now tis the weekend, and a major treat in store: Olympic park tomorrow eve to see you-know-who in the men's 100m final!!

Lucky you- that's amazing and I hope you enjoy seeing the swan song.

You will be fine with 90 secs, it wont be as easy as Usain's 100m but it will be possible :)

I used to specialise in 100m in my teens... I still get the adrenaline going as the starter calls the athletes to their blocks !

Don't you go getting any ideas about 100m at this stage.........stick to the plan, believe you can do it and you will.

Keep running, keep smiling.

You'll get there, never fear. :) And if you doubt it - read the early posts of Graduates :) We all went for the 'impossible' and made it - slowly and surely, one foot in front of the other and heeding the Rest Days :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future :)

Will let you know tomorrow when I start week 2 😜

Ps you won't see me Sat at Olympic Park 🤣

You will do this. We all thought he one minute mark, was hard and then the 90 seconds. The plan takes you through it. And as an ex 100m runner you know it's all in the prep. Enjoy Week 2
