Was determined to go out after work yesterday evening, regardless of the rain. Trying to get in the habit and applying this method to other areas of my life too π It's not easily undertaken though and is a practiced method.
Flagged a little on the first 5 mins, but I tend to start off quick for 20 seconds, then realise I need to slow down haha π
Got absolutely drenched, no kidding, trainers squelchy too, lol. Enjoyed it though, so roll on Friday x

Thank you SCB1 and Jancanran for leaving nice comments π I think if I configure it in my mind to make this running part of my daily (or every other day) routine, I will just do it automatically.
I need to apply the same method to studying, but again, this requires a different mindset and it's usually left til last thing in evening, where I'm often pretty knackered to think straight then, but we'll see.
