Should have left more than one day after week 5 run 4 (20 minutes) as these legs are sore... running in the rain is fun isn't it everybody!! 🏃🏻👍👌🏻😜not! Next run will be on hols, watch out Ramsgate I'm coming!! 🤗

Ah Ramsgate know it well lived there for 4 years.Enjoy running on the sand and along the seafront when done into the fish & chip shop opposite the museum in the Royal Harbour. Just get them knees brown while on your hols.
