Oh, What happened to you Mummycav😯..
No we didn't know and you are doing amazingly well to run with such a mobility issue.
Your fear of pushing yourself on is understandable, you must take as long as you need to gain strength and should definately be taking plenty of rest days.
I hope you have been given the go-ahead to run as it is a high impact activity, and well done on your running so far. Take Week 4 nice and steady...x
I came off a motorbike when I was 15...surprisingly though, as I've got older it doesn't affect me much....I wanted to go in the police force when I left school but that just wasn't happening then...but as the years have gone along it has got stronger...I don't have any spring in that knee as my muscles have been tied in the middle but all this gives me a greater sense of achievement....I've never been told I wouldn't be able to run but it's always been in the back of my mind...but, here I am...W4R2 in the morning???!!! And it's all yours faults!!!!Lol x
Go you...nice and slow and steady again😊...good luck🍀
Remember to name those trees and lampposts.
I will be out too.. and thinking of you.x
I love the fact you just drop in 'did I mention'... talk about not talking about it! What an absolute star you are carrying that with you when you run. And in Week 4 - you're halfway there too. Well done you see you on the graduation podium
Okay.... I shall not be hiding behind the trees anymore... just running beside you with admiration!
I love that you are here. literally flying in the face of..."...you won't be able to run" !
Just off out now for my run... but I will have have enough puff left to run with you x
Go you.... what an inspiration
PS
I shall still be whispering, slow and steady
Just catching up with posts over a late breakfast (went for a run earlier) and came across yours. Wow, you're brilliant! An inspiration to us all. Well done you.
Keep smiling, keep running and keep posting!
