Back pain - gutted

Meant to be doing Run 1 Week 5 tonight. But I have done my lower back in. Something went "twang" while digging up potatoes Saturday. Sunday morning it was better and I did my scheduled run. Then had a shower and back went "TWANG" while picking up the bath mat. Today I am in pain and struggling to walk. So disappointed but will make myself rest until at least Thursday. What a bummer.
