Every week has been difficult - if it wasn't I would not be doing c25k in the first place - but this was the first week I felt like giving up. But I didn't, which has made this week my favourite week yet just for finding the pure determination and stamina I didn't realise I had. (Please forgive the poor grammar. I'm sat here knackered from a run don't you know?! π)
I can't bring myself to look at what week 5 involves. I'll deal with that on Thursday!
Big pat on the back to all us runners today. Wherever you are on the programme and however you're feeling about it right now, the fact is you're here on the forum which means the feeling hasn't left you. We can do this.... eventually!

Now rest up, stretch out those muscles and hit the shower...
Then, ( without peeking at the next runs), just imagine how you are going to move on, slowly and steadily, with absolute confidence that the programme and your strength will get you through.
Make sure you get some other exercise in on your rest days too, to continue building up the strengthen stamina that we need for the lovely longer runs too!
Well done! And thank you for your words of encouragement to us all - I've had a tricky few weeks but like you am focusing on the sense of achievement of doing this thing that I find hard and never thought I could do. Who knows what else we can achieve???
You'll be fine in week 5, this programme truly works
You don't need to look at week 5. Just know that if you approach it with the same mindset you will do it.
Fantastic, well done. Take that same determination into week 5. No peeking, sure it will be tough (all weeks are as you said) but no tougher than week 4.
Snackshack, the achievement is sweeter when it's harder and you know that as you made this your favourite Week. That is masochistic behaviour if I ever I saw it.... brilliantly done well done you
