My left calf
Then definitely rest.. it is most likely just a pull..but running through real pain is a not an option..having just got off the IC after a calf tear... ( don't panic)... you need RICE treatment first.. rolling may help.. and some gentle exercise for the calf when you feel it is less painful...
We are not experts, so if it does not ease, get it checked out by the experts The runs will still be there
Ouch. Poor you I bet you are gutted. Hope you get some good medical advice and you are back out there soon. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
