Advice please. W3R1 2/3 of run done but had to stop with a pulled muscle. What do I do?

Should I try again on Wednesday, or leave it a week?

Then definitely rest.. it is most likely just a pull..but running through real pain is a not an option..having just got off the IC after a calf tear... ( don't panic)... you need RICE treatment first.. rolling may help.. and some gentle exercise for the calf when you feel it is less painful...:)

We are not experts, so if it does not ease, get it checked out by the experts :) The runs will still be there :)

Ouch. Poor you I bet you are gutted. Hope you get some good medical advice and you are back out there soon. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
