Run? Without Laura? lol! MissW, no kids or Ipods here, I've decided what I will do is order a new phone to be delivered from UK, (hope they deliver to France, French electronics are so expensive) but while I'm waiting I'll listen to the podcast on my computer before I go out, and try and keep it in my head! Stupid thing is, I don't even have a watch to time the sessions with! How we rely on our gadgets!
