Ok managed to complete week 2 and knees survived just! Completed run 1 week 3 then my running partner went on holiday. The next two runs were tough and definitely slow... very slow! But... the final run for week 3 actually felt better then I thought it would! What a fab feeling now need to keep motivating myself. Week 4 looks awful!! so when running partner comes back will go back a week. As for losing weight ha! I have put it on! But legs looking better 😄
