Week 7 - What a killer

So I've reached week 7 after doing week 6 twice and finding it really hard, managed first outside run (normally been on treadmill) and felt good then did second day on treadmill and was ok, day 3 I've struggled to do outside, had to do it twice BUT at least I can say I did it

Grit, determination, grit and determination. Doing week 6 twice is a sign of a very gritty determined runner. Well done you and good luck in your coming weeks
