We did it! Today was week 9 run 3, and I finished fine.

After my flop on Wednesday I was very determined that I could do it! I went with hubby, it was cooler and I was not so tired. I ran well, and even managed a sprint at the end! I did not swear at Laura, not even once!

To everyone who is just starting or who is a bit nervous, keep trying, the plan really does work!

We celebrated with bacon sandwiches, and we are popping out for lunch, and sharing a bottle of fizz tonight!
